As regard the objects of the Foundation article 1(111) of the Memorandum of Association holds:

To act as center of excellence in leadership, security and governance studies, training, research and networking in Bangladesh.

To deliberate and interact on issues of national security, development, democratization, business, regional and global relations.

To create empirical base. Date and information on critical security issues and proble3ms those are confronted by Bangladesh and provide impetus to policy-makers.

Developing vision papers and strategies for decisions, policies, and short-term and long-term plans in security and governance sectors.

To focus on future leaders for imparting them with critical thinking, art of negotiations and collaborations, leadership imperatives and adopt best practices.

To create civic awareness and organize policy dialogues and debates on multi-faceted security challenges, leadership imperatives and policy processes in national and regional contexts.

To establish linkages national, regional and international contemporary institutions and international development organizations in order to introduce coherent thoughts on critical governance issues and replicable normal practices, appropriate modalities and techniques of governance and carry out advocacy for adoption thereof.

To assist jointly development and research program on current issues of public demand with organizations and agencies, sacking the goal of Bangladesh.

To make the target community aware of early marriage, polygamy, arsenic, HIV AIDS and different social vices.

To take educational program of literature, Health, Arts Science, Commerce, IT, Maritime, Agriculture and Engineering and to establish, run and maintain hospital, clinic, college, madrasha, university, vocational polytechnic and or any other kinds of such educational training institution both general and technical.

To provide legal support against dowry, child marriage divorce, and other oppressions against women and conduct activities to this end.

To arrange safeguards for people suffering from physical or mental problems through rehabilitation activities.

To undertake and execute the program of Human Resources Development and plantation, Environment Development, Preservation of Human Rights and Legal aid: Conservation of Rehabilitation of helpless Women, Children, Adolescent, Disabled and Old-Aged peoples. Ensuring role of women in local administration and development activities.

To establish library and reading room for the members and for the use of general public for the purpose of promotion of education and culture of diffusion of useful knowledge among the people or target group.

To establish run and maintain Electronic and Print media, Newspaper, Magazine, Video Footage, Documentary film and publications.

To take a project for work together with National and International environmental organizations to project influence of climate change and other disaster human lives and living earth.

To get practical training on many topics and technology for protection, mitigation and adaptation and to develop environment friendly programs by using domestic and foreign technology.

To take a project for the safety and security of human basic needs like food, clothing, medicine, housing, education, transport and recreation items.

To tale a project for altering both rural and urban poor to avoid the health hazards of polluted water, sound and air. To take a project for environmental pollution prevention and control

To introduce ‘Leadership Award’ in recognition of excellence and performance of leaders of various categories in the fields of governance, management, administration in governmental and non-governmental organizations and associations. It shall also be extended gradually to the field of politics giving focus mainly on a party’s objectives, program and implementation thereby.
